V.O.C.A.L (Victims Of Compensation Abuse League) is a group of people dedicated to ensuring the good health, prosperity, and security of their neighbours, friends, famly, and themselves. This group will identify through personal testimony, research, and interaction, the causes of the failures of the current Workers Compensation schemes in North Amerca and elsewhere. The members of V.O.C.A.L. believe no one ahould be subjected to lengthy and psychologically damagng appeals pocessess, should not have to suffer great physical pain awaiting approvals for rmedications and therapies, and are not forced into poverty after an on the job accident. The members of V.O.C.A.L. believe WCB's (Workers Compensation Boards) to be criminal in nature and intent, have caused the pain, suffering, poverty, and oftentimes death of an innocent person whose only misfortune was to become disabled from an accident on the job, many times caused as a direct result of employer negligence. Hiistorically these people have been slandered, called liars and frauds, and been subjected to the most unreasonable of demands. Doctors, Lawyers, Injured Workers, Family members, and Poliicians are welcome to come, learn, and to apply that knowledge to ensure that our working men and women are indeed getting the compensation they need to return to function and live a quality lifestyle.
